Our Team

Steve Y. Lin

CEO and Co-Founder

Steve is the CEO and co-founder at Wonders Corporation. He drives the company’s overall vision, strategy and manages the operations to provide efficient and unique service and technology solutions for restaurants across the United States. Steve had eight year of experience serving as the manager of his family restaurant. Prior to starting Wonders Corporation, he worked at Morgan Stanley as an investment banking analyst in New York City. He studied Applied Mathematics and Economics at Harvard College.

Dennis Y. Lin, CPA

President and Co-Founder

Dennis is the President and co-founder at Wonders Corporation. He drives the company’s growth, manages its finance, and works closely with the growing list of clients to ensure that Wonders becomes the leading service and technology solution provider to restaurants. Dennis had ten years of experience serving as the manager of his family restaurant. Prior to starting Wonders Corporation, he worked at Rothstein Kass as a public auditor. He studied Accounting and Finance at Syracuse University.

Bobby Thai

VP of Engineering

Bobby is the VP of Engineering at Wonders Corporation. He manages the team of engineers and IT professionals at Wonders to ensure the company executes on its technical visions. He previously worked at UPS and Lockheed Martin, designing and building mission critical enterprise level software. He obtained his Master and Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Buffalo.

Sherwin Que

VP, Country Head

Sherwin has close to 20 years of experience managing Fortune 100 Companies including expatriate assignments across the US, Europe, APAC, Latin America and the Caribbean. He brings a wealth of knowledge having managed Offshore and Onshore operations holding various leadership and executive roles. Prior to joining Wonders Corporation, Sherwin served as Vice President and Global Head for Strategic Accounts and APAC Operations Head at Conduent where he was heavily involved in three strategic areas — Build, Improve and Sustain which contributed to the overall growth of the organization. A Bachelor of Science graduate at De La Salle University, he is also a certified Green Belt Six Sigma at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and completed his business certifications at Cornell University. Having spent most of his career traveling around the Philippines and other parts of the world, Sherwin values his time with his family. He has been married since 2006 and he has two kids: a boy and a girl. He goes all out in supporting his wife’s business as a baker and is a self‑confessed stage dad to his kids, making sure he is present in every activity and school competition.

BJ Weschke

Systems Architect

BJ is the Systems Architect at Wonders Corporation. He oversees the technical strategies to ensure that Wonders becomes one of the most successful technology companies serving the restaurant industry. He was a consultant for Sirius Satellite Radio for 10 years and was previously the CTO of ECI, a web conferencing company.

Krezen Angeles

Director, Finance

Zen, as she is fondly called, has more than 18 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Controllership and Taxation. She was in charge as a Country Finance Controller overseeing taxation, budget, forecasting, and payroll. Zen’s skill in building relationships with clients and stakeholders has helped her lead multiple projects in to improve the monitoring and tracking of the company’s financial movement and assets.

Karen Paningbatan

Director, Training and Quality

Karen takes her 18 years of business process outsourcing experience. She is proficient in training and quality management with global and multi-industry exposure, supporting Fortune 500 brands, 37 industries spanning the US, EMEA and APAC markets. As a training and quality leader, it was a natural progression for her to lead the Center of Excellence team of Inspiro. Under her wing the COE team successfully ingrained Lean Six Sigma methodologies in the organization. Her efforts that lead to ISO-9001 certifications, an established Lean Six Sigma Community, increased efficiencies, consistency in exceeding quality targets and a $2M cost save from all LSS Projects.

Matthew Campbell

Director, Operations

Matthew is the Director of Operations at Wonders Corporation. He manages the company’s performance, vendor governance, and ensures realization of the overall growth and success of the enterprise. He has over 18 years of progressive international call center leadership experience in the Americas and Asia.

Lizete Rimando-Cajayon

Manager, Operations

Liz has over seven years of operations experience in the BPO Industry. Her extensive background includes Chat and Voice operations as an Operations Team Lead. She joined Wonders as a Team Lead and eventually joined the Training Department as an OJT Lead supporting new hire agents during consecutive classes. In this role, she helped establish the Agent Certification process, as well as the Mentorship program. This year, she took on the Site Lead role for the Quezon City site and made significant contributions to the Manila team’s overall performance. On her personal time, she loves to garden and spend quality time with her spouse and twins.

Leslie Chan

Manager, Client Success

Leslie is the Client Success Manager at Wonders Corporation. He works closely with the company president and oversees a team of client specialists to ensure the clients' businesses remain competitive and profitable. Armed with a background in Psychology and 8 years of experience in the client service industry, working with some of the biggest banks and hotels in the region, he is confident that he has the expertise to grow and retain the expanding client base of the business.

Arman John Jison

Manager, Engineering

Arman is the Engineer Manager at Wonders Corporation. He manages our engineers that develop and test our software solutions. He also oversees the network, desktop support, and technical recruitment in our growing center in Manila. With almost 15 years in the IT industry, he has managed agile development teams with companies such as Amdocs, IBM, and Avaloq providing software solutions to Fortune 500 companies. He has a Master of Information Systems units at University of the Philippines and graduated Bachelor of Computer Science at San Sebastian College - Recoletos.

Mike Andrew Geron

Manager, Engineering

Mike is one of the Engineering Managers working with the teams developing and testing our software solutions for use within the company. He manages the teams to ensure productivity, optimization and consistency. He has 14 years of experience with the last 8 years spent helping Nokia provide software solutions to well known telecommunications companies around the world.

Joseph Edward Gener

Manager, Engineering

Joseph has been in the IT industry for 15 years working in small to medium-sized companies managing 10-12 Engineers and engaged in modernizing their technology solutions landscape by leveraging current technologies and concepts. His responsibilities include driving the agile practices in the organization by understanding the existing software development process and work with DevOps engineers to integrate it into their existing CI / CD pipeline. Additionally, he was responsible for leading the future state of the platform by working with the Product team to define and plan the roadmap of the product.

Ralph Salvador

Manager, IT Operations

Ralph's career accomplishments consist of more than 10 years of experience implementing technology projects, developing product requirements, and analyzing support strategies and processes to facilitate improved operations and efficiency. He applied his expertise in developing and managing projects and initiatives for major corporations such as Northgate Technology, Fujitsu Phils. and Cashwagon Phils; designing support strategies and creating comprehensive technical solutions to drive business success.
