Primary Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling inbound restaurant take-out
orders in English.
- Handle escalated
customer interactions in a call center with the goal of giving
excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensure customer
retention, and increase business for our clients.
- Work with other co-workers to meet the needs of the company and
clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate.
- Prior experience
in call centers is a plus but not required.
