Talent Services Specialist/ Coordinator


The Talent Services Specialist/ Coordinator will be responsible for executing on all HR transactions and administration, compliance, and supporting the HR Team across all HR service categories. This role focuses on administrative tasks such as health, and welfare, and maintaining clear procedures between employees. As a member of the HR Talent Services team, will provide coverage and support as needed.
Section 2. Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks / Required Knowledge
  • -Organize and maintain employee records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in internal HR databases - digital and paper form.
  • -Updating HRIS systems and/or HR files and tools
  • -Will handle Onboarding and Offboarding
  • -Answer any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve them internally, if possible.
  • -Help the payroll department by providing them with up-to-date information on all employees, including overtime hours, work schedules, timesheet approvals.
  • -Benefits administration
  • -Assist the HR Talent Services Manager/ Lead in managing and administrating compliance in HR policies, processes and practices impacting workplace laws and legislation.


Requirements

Skills required:
  • -Knowledge in Google Suite & Cloud programs
  • -Excellent Reading, Writing and Verbal Proficiency
  • -Good time management and organizational skills and has the ability to solve complex problems efficiently
  • -Excellent written and verbal communication skills - can effectively communicate
  • -Adaptive - has the ability to quickly adapt and flex according to business and customer needs
  • -Ability to recognize root cause of issues and to proactively develop solutions
  • -Team Player - can collaborate and influence change for the improvement of the process
  • -preferably with 1 year HR experience
  • -must be flexible with the working schedule
  • -willing to work onsite
