Job Overview
The HR Compensation and Benefits Operations Partner will help oversee and administer the employees perfect rewards and smart benefits.
The partner will handle the statutory benefits and compensation such as government benefits. This includes coordination with our HMO, management of PTO leaves, and closing of HR tickets related to benefits, salaries and HRIS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a consistent compensation delivery approach in line with our work culture and organizational objectives. Ensuring that timelines are followed strictly.
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation(pay equity, DOLE requirements, etc)
Use various methods and techniques and make data based recommendations on direct financial, indirect financial and non-financial compensations.
Assist when the organization participates in the salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.
Deploy effective communication strategies around benefits and compensation with the help of the team leader.
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices in the benefits.
