What the role is about

 

As a Training manager for Learning and Development, you will be responsible for training employees of all levels, creating learning programs, and developing talents for the organization. The purpose of this role is to recognize and make the most out of the employee's talents and help them develop to their full potential.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Performs as the BCP for the trainer role in relation to the New Hire Program.

  • Responsible for the entire learning and development of Agents / Support Teams.

  • Helps the Organization meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities

  • Establish a strong partnership with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development

  • Conducts organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles

  • Delivers training to various parts of the business and working with different stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions

  • Collates feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required

  • Administers online assessments for the recruitment team.



Requirements

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of proven work experience in Learning & Development

  • At least 3 years in a Managerial role

  • In depth understanding of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate)

  • Experience in delivering trainings is a strong plus

  • Good knowledge of latest Learning & Developments trends & software

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

  • Organized and has experience in managing a team.

  • Amenable to working on-site (Dumaguete City)
